Refunds are processed within 7 - 10 business days only if a replacement can’t be made or delivery wasn’t possible due to service limitations. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note: change-of-mind returns, minor colour/size variations, and improper handling damage are not eligible for return.

Our acrylic badges are made from 3mm acrylic with a glossy single-sided print, and they're waterproof and scratch-resistant. Most keychains are around 3 inches (about 7.5 cm) in size.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Custom and pre-order items take longer, as noted on the product page.
Yes, within India only. A 40% advance payment is required to confirm a COD order, and the rest is paid to the courier on delivery. The advance isn't refundable if the parcel is refused or the address is incorrect.
