At Sam’s Sakurapetals, we design anime-inspired keychains, stickers and small-batch collectibles for fans who love unique merch. This page answers the most common questions about our products, shipping, COD, payments and support so you can shop with confidence.
Is this official merch?
No. Every design is original fan art hand-drawn by Samyuktha, the artist behind Sam's Sakurapetals. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any studio, publisher or licensor.
Are your designs made using AI?
No. Every design is hand-drawn from scratch using digital tools. We don't use AI or tracing.
What are your keychains made of, and how big are they?
Our acrylic keychains are made from 3mm acrylic with a glossy double-sided print, and they're waterproof and scratch-resistant. Most keychains are around 3 inches (about 7.5 cm) in size.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Custom and pre-order items take longer, as noted on the product page.
How long does delivery take?
Within India, delivery takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. International orders to the US, UK and Canada arrive in about 5–8 days after dispatch. Other countries take 10–25 business days, depending on customs.
How much is shipping?
Within India, shipping is free on orders above ₹1,000; below that, it's calculated at checkout. International orders to the US, UK and Canada ship for a flat $20, with all duties and taxes included at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International (non-India) orders are placed through our international store at intl.samssakurapetals.com, where prices are in USD. All import duties and taxes are paid at checkout, so you won't owe anything on delivery.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, within India only. A 40% advance payment is required to confirm a COD order, and the rest is paid to the courier on delivery. The advance isn't refundable if the parcel is refused or the address is incorrect.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking link by email or WhatsApp. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating.
Can I cancel or change my order?
No. We start preparing your order as soon as it's confirmed, so it can't be cancelled or changed after payment. EU and UK customers keep their statutory right to cancel.
Do you accept returns?
Because every piece is handmade in small batches, we don't accept returns for change of mind. We replace or refund items damaged in transit, and customers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right to return. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email contact@samssakurapetals.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. An unboxing video helps us resolve it faster.
My parcel says delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Email contact@samssakurapetals.com within 48 hours of the Delivered status so we can raise it with the courier.
